We strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible.
Processing Time

All orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

We offer standard domestic shipping (3-5 business days) via UPS for $8 flat rate.

International shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

Customs and Import Taxes: The customer is responsible for any customs and import taxes, tariffs, or duties that may apply upon delivery. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
Order Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Timeline: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s).

Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and have all original tags attached. Items returned in non-resaleable condition (e.g., strong odors, stains, missing tags) may be denied a refund.

How to Initiate a Return

Email our support team at hello@velvetier-usa.com with your Order Number and the item(s) you wish to return.

We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions for sending your item(s) back.

Mail your item(s) to the designated return address.
Return Shipping Costs

U.S. Returns:

For returns due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective item), we will provide a pre-paid return label.

For returns for preference (e.g., wrong size ordered, dislike), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

International Returns: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error).
Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, please follow the return process for the original item and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures the fastest service.
