Shipping Policy

Shipping Information

We strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible.

 

Processing Time
  • All orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

  • Note: During peak seasons (e.g., holidays, sales), processing times may be slightly longer.

Domestic Shipping

  • We offer standard domestic shipping (3-5 business days) via UPS for $8 flat rate.

International Shipping
  • We offer shipping to: 

  • International shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

  • Customs and Import Taxes: The customer is responsible for any customs and import taxes, tariffs, or duties that may apply upon delivery. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Order Tracking
  • When your order ships, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

 

Returns, Exchanges, & Refunds

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we are here to help!

 

Return Eligibility
  • Timeline: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s).

  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and have all original tags attached. Items returned in non-resaleable condition (e.g., strong odors, stains, missing tags) may be denied a refund.

  • Non-Returnable Items: The following items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

    • Items marked as Final Sale

    • Gift cards

    • Intimate apparel

 

How to Initiate a Return
  1. Email our support team at hello@velvetier-usa.com with your Order Number and the item(s) you wish to return.

  2. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions for sending your item(s) back.

  3. Mail your item(s) to the designated return address.

Return Shipping Costs
  • U.S. Returns:

    • For returns due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective item), we will provide a pre-paid return label.

    • For returns for preference (e.g., wrong size ordered, dislike), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

  • International Returns: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

 

Refunds
  • Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error).

Exchanges
  • If you need a different size or color, please follow the return process for the original item and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures the fastest service.
