Refund Policy Details

This section outlines the process, timelines, and conditions for receiving refunds once a return has been initiated and approved.

Refund Inspection and Approval

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 3-5 business days of receipt.

  • Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed.

  • Rejection: If your return is rejected (e.g., the item does not meet the return eligibility requirements outlined in our general policy, such as being worn, damaged, or missing tags), we will notify you and explain why. The item may be sent back to you at your expense.

Refund Method and Timeline

If your refund is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Credit/Debit Card:  5-10 business days

PayPal/Other Digital Wallets:  3-7 business days

Gift Card/Store Credit:  Immediately (as a new credit applied to your account)

Note: While we process the refund immediately upon approval, the exact time it takes for the funds to reflect in your bank account is dependent on your card issuer or payment provider.

Shipping Costs and Refunds

Shipping costs are handled as follows:

  • Original Shipping Costs: These are non-refundable unless the return is a direct result of our error (e.g., you received a defective or incorrect item).

  • Return Shipping Costs: If we provided a pre-paid return label (for defective items or our error), the return shipping cost will not be deducted from your refund. If you paid for the return shipping, that cost is not covered by the refund amount.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please follow these steps:1

 

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
